Our Organization
We are a 501(c)3) nonprofit, tax exempt organization (EIN 85-148086).
We survive on the generous donations of our patrons and adoption fees. We are an all volunteer organization that wouldn’t be able to accomplish our mission without our members.
GCTPR was founded in 2020 by Carl & Tracey, our mentors. Tracey has over 30 years of experience with neo-natal, critical care, and special needs puppies and kittens.

Although we are based in Clear Lake, TX (Houston), we rescue animals throughout the Gulf Coast area.
